In 2023, I took the 20 slide 5 minute presentation plunge and shared my thoughts on Work Orientation at Ignite Talks Sydney. Although initially I was terrified of the format, on the night at Oxford Arts Factory it was a huge blast and I loved having 300 sets of eyes on me.
It was really interesting to chat to people in the breaks as they shared their self-reflection on the work orientation that resonated most with them.
